Job summary

Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot, ND is seeking an RN to set clinical direction on their shift, lead LPNs and CNAs, and make calls to keep residents safe. This role serves long-term residents and short-term rehab patients, with daily use of your nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Dakota or a multistate compact license.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident assessments and act on changes in condition.
• Develop and update care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs on your shift.
• Pass medications and perform treatments, including wound care.
• Coordinate with providers, families, and therapy.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation.
