ProHealth Physicians, part of the Optum family, is recruiting a Clinical RN Lead for Danbury, CT. The role oversees daily clinical operations, supports patient care, and collaborates with Regional Nurse Managers to ensure efficient clinic performance.

Responsibilities include triage, patient outreach, education, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation, while leading a rotating clinical schedule and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Competenze

• Active unrestricted RN licensure in CT.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a hospital or medical office.
• Experience with charge/clinical lead responsibilities.
• Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Triage patients; answer and document patient phone calls; route to providers via EHR.
• Outreach to patients for appointments, test results, and follow-up.
• Educate patients on illness, self-management, and care plans.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the EHR.
• Carry out standing orders and monitor referrals and orders.
• Maintain CLIA competencies and temperature monitoring with RN managers.
• Stay current with coding, OSHA, CLIA regulations and policies.
• Create and manage clinical team schedule and rotating duties.
• Lead a patient-centered team and ensure smooth office operations.
• Participate in interviewing and precepting clinical staff.
