Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an RN pipeline candidate who is transitioning from nursing school or a recent graduate to join our clinical teams across units including labor/delivery, cath lab and endoscopy. You will deliver evidence-based nursing care and contribute to patient plans in a dynamic hospital setting.

Ideal candidates have ASN with RN licensure in Indiana or NLC, BSN preferred, and BLS/ALS certifications.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license in Indiana or NLC required.
• Graduate from nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions for >2 years acute care with Chief Nursing Officer approval.
• BLS certification required; other ACLS/ALS may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based nursing care along the care continuum.
• Participate in teaching, mentoring and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Eligible for units such as labor and delivery, cath lab or endoscopy.

Education

ASN

Nationally accredited nursing program
