Mary Washington Hospital and Stafford Hospital are seeking a Level II Competent Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. Collaboration with the healthcare team, ongoing learning, and evidence-based practice are emphasized to improve outcomes.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program graduate and a Virginia (or compact) RN license. The role requires 2+ years of RN experience with shifts spanning day or night; ACLS/BLS are needed within set timelines.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN License from Virginia or reciprocal compact state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS as applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience; LDRP/LDRP or NICU experience as relevant.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate nursing care using the nursing process and teamwork.
• Coordinate patient/family teaching and discharge planning.
• Communicate the plan of care with the health team.
• Support leadership and participate in quality improvement.
• Assist with orientation of new staff and daily operations.
