Job summary

HonorHealth invites experienced RNs to join the Labor and Delivery PRN Network Float Pool, providing night shift coverage across multiple East Valley locations in Phoenix. The role requires two years of RN experience in the relevant area, with ACLS, BLS, NRP, and intermediate fetal monitoring certifications.

An AZ RN license is required at hire, with BSN preferred. The RN will practice under ANA standards, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure

Qualifications

• 2+ years RN experience in med-surg or acute care settings.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP and intermediate fetal monitoring certifications required.
• Arizona RN license upon hire; national certification preferred.
• Float assignments across East Valley facilities with flexible/open scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per ANA standards and code of ethics.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and family education.
• Administer meds and IV therapies with accurate dosing and safety checks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
