Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a registered nurse for the Labor and Delivery unit at Dearborn Hospital. The RN will provide professional care using the nursing process, focusing on patient-family centered care, and will work under the Nurse Leader.

This 36-hour weekly night shift (6 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.) requires inpatient acute care experience, L&D background preferred, and requires MI RN license; benefits include comprehensive package and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required within 5 years if new graduate.
• MI RN license required or new grad within 60 days.
• AHA/ARC/BLS required on hire/transfer.
• NRP within 6 months; EFM certification within 1 year.
• Inpatient acute care RN experience; L&D experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using patient-family centered approach.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge plans.
• Document education and learning in health record.
