Trinity Health Michigan's Ann Arbor facility seeks a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery, night shift, providing patient-centered care across age groups. The unit features 12 LDRs, 4 High-Risk Rooms, and 3 C/Section Rooms, with 24/7 in-house providers.

Requires RN licensure in Michigan, BSN preferred, BLS; ACLS for certain departments. Orientation is 13 weeks. Schedule is 7:00 PM–7:00 AM with benefits day one and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Michigan.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS required for specific departments: Float Pool, Cardiac/Cath Lab, AICU, Emergency.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care across age groups in Labor and Delivery.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families using teach-back method.
• Communicate patient status during rounds and handoffs.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and Trinity Health values.
