Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Night shift team and uphold compassionate, high‑quality patient care. You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence‑based nursing services within a comprehensive health network.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and effective communication in a fast-paced hospital setting. A BSN is preferred but an ADN is required, with active RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/NRP certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven nursing knowledge and patient care skills.
• Ability to implement care plans and adjust as needed.
• Strong communication with patients, families and staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological and lifestyle factors.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
