Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Labor and Delivery to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.

You will deliver high-quality nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support new team members while upholding evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or state-approved program (less than 3 years' experience).
• Current RN licensure and relevant certifications (NRP, ACLS, BLS).
• Minimum 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• Ability to provide onsite care, with a focus on patient wellness and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care utilizing evidence-based practices and the nursing process.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Model proficiency through precepting and supporting new team members.
• Contribute to patient safety, quality, and clinical excellence in Women and Infants units including Mother/Baby, Birth Center, Women's Care, and NICU.
