Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Labor-Delivery-Postpartum (LDRP) Clinical Registered Nurse to provide expert nursing care across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum settings, applying evidence-based practices to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

The role includes assisting with labor and delivery, neonatal and maternal assessments, thorough documentation, care-plan development, administration of treatments, and education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or completion within 5 years if hired without one.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery and Postpartum nursing; Nursery/NICU experience preferred.
• Current California Nursing license.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP required; specialty certifications preferred.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with labor and delivery, neonatal and maternal assessments.
• Maintain therapeutic nurse-patient relationships and respond to emergencies.
• Perform comprehensive documentation and develop/modify care plans.
• Administer treatments and educate patients and families.
• Engage in delegation, supervision, and advocacy per Baby-Friendly policies.
