Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for high-risk labor and delivery. The role requires obstetrics experience and current RN licensure in MN or WI. The position is 0.8 FTE with 8-hour evening shifts and an every-other-weekend rotation.

A supportive team and commitment to evidence-based practice are emphasized. NRP is required within 4 months for identified units. Candidates should have an Associate's or Vocational degree (Bachelor's preferred) and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree is required.
• Licensed RN in MN or WI at hire.
• Current BLS certification required (AHA/Red Cross accepted).
• NRP certification required within 4 months for identified units.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs; plan and coordinate care.
• Provide obstetrics care antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum.
• Lead/coordinate unit operations; may act as Charge Nurse or Preceptor.
