Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced RN to join our Labor & Delivery team in Payson, Arizona, for a 13-week contract. You will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with physicians, and support mothers and newborns in a hospital setting.

The position offers a 36-hour weekly schedule with three 12-hour shifts and rotating shifts. Required: active RN license, acute-care experience, BLS; ACLS/NRP may be required by facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in acute-care hospital nursing.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery or Women's Services preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Women’s Services setting.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor conditions.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
• Monitor vital signs and fetal/maternal status.
• Communicate changes to physicians and team promptly.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans.
