Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Labor & Delivery assignment in Payson, Arizona. This 13-week contract offers a 36-hour work week across three 12-hour shifts with rotating scheduling, in a hospital Women’s Services setting.

Ideal candidates will have current RN licensure, acute-care experience, and strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills. BLS required; ACLS/NRP may be required based on facility needs.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license.
• Previous acute-care hospital nursing experience.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery or Women’s Services preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/NRP may be required depending on facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in Women’s Services.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor status.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
• Monitor vitals, fetal/maternal status, and labs.
• Communicate changes to physicians and team.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans.
