RN – Labor & Delivery (Contract) – Arizona 85122

Position: RN – Labor & Delivery (Contract)

Location: Arizona, 85122

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Shifts: Day shift with varied weekends and holidays

Hours: No guaranteed hours

Dress Code: Navy scrubs with navy warm-up jacket

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients

Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and delivery

Assist physicians during deliveries and obstetric procedures

Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety standards

Requirements:

Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)

Experience in Labor & Delivery required

BLS (ACLS/NALS preferred based on facility requirements)

Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
