Qualifications

• RN license in Illinois (BSN preferred).
• Two+ years in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum or ISCU.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (AHA) preferred/required.

• Independently deliver effective nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel to ensure high-quality interdisciplinary care.

• Contribute to safety and enhance patient experience through high standards of care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Illinois RN licensure; BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years recent experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, or ISCU.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required (AHA).
• Experience in labor, postpartum, and/or ISCU settings preferred.
