Baptist Health is offering the Fall 2026 L&D Transitional RN Residency for experienced RNs. The program begins November 16, 2026, at South Miami Hospital, with most positions on night shift.

Nurses join a faith-based, not-for-profit system known for compassionate care and professional development. Applicants must hold a Florida RN license, BLS certification, and have at least 1 year of RN experience in an acute hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current FL RN license required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider valid until at least 6/2027.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic patient-centered care in Labor & Delivery.
• Demonstrate assessment, critical thinking, and professional accountability.
• Participate in family-centered care for mothers and newborns.
