Job summary

Baptist Health offers the Fall 2026 Transitional RN Residency for experienced RNs. The program commences on November 16, 2026 and targets nurses new to critical care within a hospital setting.

Most positions are expected to be night shifts. Candidates should have at least one year of RN experience and may need to obtain a BSN within three years, with a FL RN license and a current BLS card required.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; all ADN nurses hired after 2/2012 must agree to achieve BSN within 3 years of start date.
• Current FL RN License.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider card issued by BHSF.
• 1 year of current RN experience in a hospital setting (required).
• Complete Transfer Acknowledgement Form in the Employee Self Service.
