Job summary

Laredo Medical Center is hiring an RN for Labor & Delivery Night shifts to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. The role includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, with collaboration among physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure quality outcomes.

The RN will administer medications, respond to emergencies, educate patients and families, and participate in performance improvement initiatives while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist during procedures and support physicians as needed.
