Cynet HealthStaff seeks an RN - Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in North Dakota. The role features a 12-hour night shift with a 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio for labor and delivery and potential float to the nursery or NICU as needed.
Required are an active RN license, CPR/BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications, plus at least 3 years of L&D, postpartum, or gynecological care experience. Navy scrubs etiquette applies, and flexibility for nights and some days is expected.

Description:This position requires a nurse to provide comprehensive care for labor and delivery patients.The nurse will manage nursing care during delivery, including high-risk patients.Postpartum care for mothers and their babies, as well as gynecological surgical postoperative care, is also included.Proficiency in fetal monitoring and experience with electronic charting systems is essential.The nurse should be comfortable working in a unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 for labor and delivery, and 1:3 for mother-baby couplets.Additional responsibilities may include floating to assist in the newborn nursery and NICU as needed.Candidates must be willing to adhere to the dress code of navy blue scrubs.
