Job description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in perinatal care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients within the perinatal unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to perinatal patients, including assessment and monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health care procedures and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (may be obtained upon hire).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP).
• Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate (FHM) certification.
• The STABLE Program - STABLE Learner (STABLE).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a perinatal RN is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EPIC software.
