Responsibilities

• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the labor process, newborn care, and postpartum recovery.
• Handle emergencies and adapt care based on patient needs and conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Experience with high-risk patients and immediate newborn care.
• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Certifications in BLS/ALS and Advanced Fetal Monitoring are required.
