Job summary

Tennessee Fertility Institute - Franklin is actively seeking an RN IVF Coordinator. This in-clinic role involves nursing duties, assisting physicians, coordinating IVF patient care, and counseling patients through treatment plans.

Requirements include RN licensure in Tennessee, 1+ year fertility experience, BLS, and phlebotomy skills; ultrasound experience preferred. Strong HIPAA/OSHA knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Valid Tennessee nursing license (RN) required, with one year experience.
• BLS certification.
• Phlebotomy experience, one year.
• Ultrasonography experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and FDA compliance.
• Understanding of basic reproductive physiology.
• Knowledge of examination, testing, diagnosis, and treatment of reproductive conditions.

Responsibilities

• Physician office nurse duties, including rooming patients and assisting with exams and procedures.
• Perform intrauterine insemination procedures as needed.
• Coordinate patient care with ART program nurses and RMG IVF-Surgery Center.
• Schedule IVF patients and coordinate testing.
• Provide IVF counseling and patient instructions.
• Coordinate care with Special Services Coordinators for donor program patients.
• Provide general counseling to infertility patients and partners regarding testing and treatment plans.
