Job summary

Tennessee Fertility Institute in Franklin, TN is seeking an RN IVF Coordinator to support fertility patients in a clinical setting. You will perform nursing duties, coordinate IVF care with ART and surgery teams, schedule tests, and provide patient counseling.

This in-clinic position requires an RN license with a year of experience, BLS, and a willingness to engage in donor program coordination and education about treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• RN license required, with one year of experience, preferably in fertility or specialized care.
• BLS certification required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ultrasonography experience preferred if available.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and FDA compliance.
• Understanding of basic reproductive physiology and reproductive condition management.

Responsibilities

• Perform physician office nursing duties, including clinical back-office flow and rooming patients.
• Coordinate patient care with ART program nurses and IVF/Surgery Center teams.
• Schedule IVF patients and coordinate testing and procedures.
• Provide IVF counseling and patient instructions.
• Coordinate care with Special Services for donor program participants.
• Educate patients and partners about testing, treatment plans, and next steps.
