Job summary

Qualifications

• ADN from an accredited program.
• Current IL RN licensure.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience in cath lab, EP, vascular or procedural nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-procedure patient assessments.
• Prepare patients for cardiac/EP/vascular/hybrid procedures.
• Maintain IV access and administer medications, including sedation.
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond to changes in condition.
• Assist with catheterization, PCI, EP procedures, and device implants.
• Provide post-procedure monitoring and discharge teaching.
• Document orders and procedures accurately; support quality initiatives.
