Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our specialized cardiovascular care team. You will support complex diagnostic and interventional procedures, prepare and monitor patients, and ensure high-quality care in a fast-paced procedural environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of Cath Lab experience, active ND compact RN licensure, and ACLS/BLS. Relocation assistance and a $17,500 sign‑on bonus are offered, with three 8‑hour shifts and one 12‑hour shift weekly.

Qualifications

Nursing degree from an approved program.
Active RN license in good standing (ND Board or compact state).
Two to three years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred.
Working knowledge of cardiac anatomy, hemodynamics, ECG interpretation, ACLS/BLS.
Strong communication skills and patient-care focus.

Responsibilities

Perform pre-procedure assessment and prepare patients, obtain histories, verify consents, establish IV access.
Monitor patients during cardiac and peripheral interventional procedures, including sedation and vital signs.
Assist Cardiologist and Cath Lab team during diagnostic/interventional procedures with sterile technique.
Manage post-procedure recovery and discharge planning, assess for complications.
Document assessments, medications, events, and interventions per policies and regulatory requirements.
Support care coordination with multidisciplinary teams to optimize workflow.
