Job summary

Southcoast Health in Fall River, MA, is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for our in-house travel team in the Family Centered Unit/Labor & Delivery at Charlton Memorial Hospital. This 11-13 week assignment offers a $70/hr rate and the option to extend.

Positions require Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS, and at least one year of Labor & Delivery experience. Nurses may be asked to float to other Southcoast hospitals and must work evenings with some weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• 11-13 Week Assignment, with option to extend for 1 additional 13 week assignment if available
• $70/hr

Position Assignment Details:

• Hours: 32hrs
• Shifts: 3:00pm-11:30pm
• Must work every other weekend and holiday, 1 weekend shift every week and every other holiday OR Every Weekend
• Area Assignment: Family Centered Unit/Labor & Delivery - Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

*This position is Multisite, may be asked to float to any Southcoast Hospital: Charlton Memorial Hospital, St. Luke's-New Bedford.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• Minimum of one year of Family Centered Unit/Labor & Delivery nursing experience required.
• Competent in reading and interpreting basic telemetry strips.
• Ability to efficiently float to other like-units for patient assignments is required.
• Working knowledge and experience with PC-based applications.
• Epic experience is preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
