Job summary

Southcoast Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our in-house travel team. This 11-13 week assignment in the Family Centered Unit/Labor & Delivery at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA offers 32 hours per week, 3:00pm–11:30pm shifts, and a multisite float option.

The position requires MA RN licensure, BLS, at least one year in L&D, ability to read telemetry, and comfort floating to similar units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; RN licensure required.
• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of one year of Family Centered Unit/Labor & Delivery nursing experience.
• Ability to read telemetry strips.
• Willingness to float to other like-units as needed.
• Vaccination against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption.

• 11-13 Week Assignment, with option to extend for 1 additional 13 week assignment if available
• $70/hr

Position Assignment Details:

• Hours: 32hrs
• Shifts: 3:00pm-11:30pm
• Must work every other weekend and holiday, 1 weekend shift every week and every other holiday OR Every Weekend
• Area Assignment: Family Centered Unit/Labor & Delivery - Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

*This position is Multisite, may be asked to float to any Southcoast Hospital: Charlton Memorial Hospital, St. Luke's-New Bedford.

• Epic experience is preferred.
