Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Texas (or compact state) or Temporary Texas license, BSN preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Unit-specific certifications (ACLS/CPR) must be current and obtained if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients admitted or seen for medical conditions or surgeries.
• Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and standards.
• Provide leadership and support to the healthcare team; coordinate with other departments.
• Supervise nursing staff under your supervision and resolve patient care concerns.
• Work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, and possible on-call status.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence at all times.
