We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Critical Care Management: Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and operate advanced life support equipment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Emergency Response: Act promptly and efficiently in emergencies, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and care plans using the hospitals electronic medical records system.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Education:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of recent full-time equivalent ICU nursing experience within the last 3 years.
• License & Certifications:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
• Experience:
• Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience.
• Additional Certifications:
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate.
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Certification.
• Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience preferred.
