Responsibilities

• Acts as a centralized intake liaison interfacing with referral sources, patients, and staff.
• Receives and coordinates all incoming calls and provides basic information to access services.
• Completes intake screening and documents information for preliminary admission decisions.
• Receives and logs referrals and enters data for care/services.
• Promotes care/services to prospective patients/clients.
• Works with clinical staff to adhere to standards of practice and regulatory requirements.
