Job summary

Amazing Home Care, LLC in New York is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to train and supervise home health aides across all five boroughs, in both classroom and clinical settings. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus and shift Mon-Fri, 9 am–5 pm.

The nurse will conduct in-service sessions, act as a clinical role model, initiate visits, reassess patient needs, and review health documents while coordinating care with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Nurse License.
• Ability to work with patients, families, and staff.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Bilingual English & Spanish a plus.
• Prior training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PCA/HHA In-service & Orientation
• Performs the function as a teacher, facilitator and a clinical role model in the area of expertise
• Motivate and inspire individuals to become skilled home aides
• Reviews and signs off on employees annual and initial health documents
• Initiate home care visits and reassess patient needs and progress on a regular basis
• Conduct nursing field visits on days there are no classes
