Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license is required.

Compensation: $32-$34 per hour, Monday – Friday, no overtime, no mandating, no On Call requirement.

You'll be a part of our state-approved CNA Training Program, teaching in the classroom, the skills lab, and out in clinical settings. What you'll bring

• A genuine love of teaching, mentoring, or precepting — classroom experience is a plus, but not required if you've trained or oriented others before
• Strong clinical skills across long‑term care, hospital, or rehab settings
• Patience, warmth, and the ability to meet adult learners where they are
• Comfort with documentation and holding students to a high standard

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of one (1) year (1,600 hours) of nursing experience in a long‑term care setting within the past five (5) years (required by State of Michigan regulations)
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing future healthcare professionals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising CNAs or nurse aides
• Previous teaching, training, precepting, or adult education experience
• Experience working with diverse adult learner populations
