Job summary

You will collaborate with Providers and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care across the continuum, while mentoring teammates and maintaining professional conduct.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $34.25–$51.13, with a 40% weekend premium and a $4.00 night shift differential.

Qualifications

• RN-Registered Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS required.
• BSN preferred.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Microsoft Office familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care coordination across inpatient/ED units.
• Collaborate with Providers and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Mentor assigned team members and uphold professional standards.
