Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center is hiring an RN for the Float Pool on a full-time basis. The role covers inpatient nursing care, assessments, care planning, and medication administration, serving a diverse patient population in Lancaster, PA.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required prior to orientation completion.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient health problems and needs and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer nursing care and medications while monitoring for reactions and side effects.
• Maintain detailed reports and patient medical records and monitor patient condition.
