Job summary

SolutionHealth in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced nursing applications analyst to coordinate and complete healthcare IT projects. You will identify improvement opportunities, collaborate with clinical operations, and provide advanced level support for applications.

The role requires a BSN, New Hampshire RN license, vendor certification for supported modules, and at least five years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Vendor certification in good standing (or proficiency) for applications/modules supported.
  • If not certified/proficient, six months to achieve certification/proficiency from date of hire/transfer.
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implements applications through analysis, design, testing, and evaluation.
  • Collaborates with clinical operations to identify and prioritize needs with staff and department leaders.
  • Performs workflow analysis/evaluation to facilitate process re-engineering.
  • Participates in design and development on new applications as well as enhancements to existing systems.
  • Develops system test plans, creates test data, and evaluates results with user departments.
  • Evaluates models with design alternatives to ensure workflow requirements are met.
  • Promotes technology to enhance patient care through education and quality improvement.
  • Provides operational ITS systems support and troubleshooting for applications.
  • Provides consultative services to users and the implementation team on workflow impact.

About the Job:

Responsible for the coordination and completion of application projects. Identifies and coordinates improvement opportunities, enhancements and redesign in order to accomplish greater efficiency. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Provide advanced level support and supports other analysts as needed.

  • Provide troubleshooting and ensures appropriate resources are engaged to resolve problems
  • Provides consultative services to users and the implementation team on the impact to workflows
Who You Are:

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s degree is Required. Licensure/certification: Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse Vendor required certification in good standing (or proficiency if vendor accepts) for applications/modules employee is assigned to support. If not currently certified (or proficient) employee will have 6 months from their DOH (Date of Hire) or DOT (Date of Transfer) into a position that requires certification (proficiency) required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
