Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Infection Preventionist to oversee the infection prevention and control program across our skilled nursing community in Ohio. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and integrates best practices into resident care and staff actions.

The position requires an active RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and specialized infection prevention training.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license.
• Maintain an active CPR or BLS Certification.
• Be qualified by education, training, experience, or a combination to meet requirements.
• Must have completed infection prevention and control training (state-specific where required).
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software including EHR/Learning Management systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee infection prevention and control program across the community, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Develop training plans and materials; evaluate training efficacy.
• Supervise nursing staff and nursing assistants in delivery of care with adherence to policies.
• Ensure safety and sanitary standards in daily operations.
