CHRISTUS Health seeks a qualified nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care within a clinical setting. The role requires independent practice, adherence to ANA standards, and delegated assignments to ensure effective patient management.

Responsibilities include administering treatments per protocol, documenting care, and educating patients and families. A BSN is preferred and BLS certification is required; 1 year of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in relevant nursing specialty preferred.
• Proficiency in nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process with assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol; monitor for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications and care given.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, families and caregivers.
