Job summary

Glenview Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate bedside care and coordinate patient plans. You will document vital signs, administer medications as prescribed, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, current CPR/First Aid, and prior long-term care experience. This on-site role offers growth opportunities, shift differentials, and employee appreciation programs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
• At least one year of RN experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients.
• Performs nursing procedures (dressing changes, IV starts, catheter care) as ordered.
• Records patients' medical information and vital signs accurately.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Responds to life-threatening situations following nursing standards and protocol.
• Participates in discharge planning.
