Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current Texas nursing license or compact license to practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in IMU/critical care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Delivers professional nursing care per nursing process and patient needs.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan care.
• Maintains accurate medical records and patient education.
• Adheres to Magnet status expectations and hospital policies.
• May serve as preceptor or mentor for staff as needed.
