Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with Texas license or compact license to practice professional nursing.
• Bachelor of Nursing preferred; BSN.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience, critical care/IMU preferred.
• Strong cardiac knowledge and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the physician and healthcare team in delivering patient care using the nursing process.
• Performs nursing assessments, assists with exams and treatments, educates patients, and maintains medical records.
• Adheres to MHHS policies and demonstrates commitment to care standards.

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; BSN preferred
