Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus in El Paso seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care on a rotating shift basis. This full-time role supports CNO objectives by maintaining high-quality, safe nursing care and ensuring appropriate resource management across patient care.

The RN will coordinate care using the nursing process, administer medications per policy, and participate in emergency response and infection control activities as needed in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN must be licensed to practice in state.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Direct care per established safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control standards.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Administer medications safely and in a timely manner per hospital policy.
• Fulfill all HICS responsibilities during emergencies and disasters.
• Know and respond to hospital emergency codes and adhere to policies.
