Job summary

Villa At the Bay is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. The RN will assume responsibility for a group of residents per shift, providing nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and preferred LTC experience. Benefits include daily pay and comprehensive coverage; commitment to patient safety and quality care is emphasized.

Qualifications

Current CPR Certification required.
Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited College or University.
Possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State.
1 year of experience preferred.
Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides licensed care to assigned residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with facility, federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
Provides and receives nursing reports upon reporting in and ending shift duty hours.
Ensures assigned work area is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.
Directs and supervises the day-to-day certified nursing assistant services for the unit.
Counts all controlled drugs with the team and notes discrepancies.
Admits, transfers and/or discharges residents as needed to meet individual needs.
All other duties as assigned.
