Job summary

Villa at Pine Place is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. The RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents for a shift, providing nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Registered Nurse.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with standards.
• Directs and supervises day-to-day CNA services.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered.
• Charts nursing notes reflecting care and patient response.
• Counts controlled drugs with shift changes and notes discrepancies.
• Admits, transfers, and discharges residents as needed to meet individual needs.
