Job summary

Villa at City Center is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to residents. You will be responsible for a group of residents, ensuring that their nursing care is executed based on a comprehensive assessment and evaluation of their needs.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant Nursing Degree and possess a current RN license. The position offers competitive compensation, a 401(k) plan, and various health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be CPR trained and possess a current BLS certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents and families.
• Must adapt to a flexible work schedule and occasional overnight travel.
• 1 year of experience preferred, long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed care to assigned residents as ordered by physician.
• Ensure assigned work areas are maintained clean and sanitary.
• Take and record residents' vital signs and administer necessary care.
• Monitor and direct non-licensed ancillary services as needed.
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards.
