Job summary

Florala Health And Rehabilitation LLC in Alabama is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team. Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you wish to work.
• Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus.
• New grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care as a key team member.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, perform assessments, and document changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and RN protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other RNs to implement care plans.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain up-to-date EMR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all residents.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff.
