Luverne Health and Rehabilitation LLC in Luverne, AL is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents' physical, emotional, and social needs. The role requires an active RN license in Alabama, BLS/CPR, and experience in geriatric or rehab nursing.

Formación
- Active RN license in the state you wish to work.
- Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to document accurately and follow protocols.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care as part of the RN team.
- Monitor residents, assess, and document changes.
- Administer medications per physician orders and RN protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and therapists to implement care plans.
- Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain compliant EMR documentation.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
- Supervise and support CNAs and direct care staff.
