Rocky Mountain Care - Willow Springs in Tooele, UT is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in our unit. You will assess needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other staff involved in care.

A current Utah RN license is required. We value teamwork, safety, and compassionate patient relationships; shift differentials are provided for NOC and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Utah.
• Ability to assess residents and develop care plans.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and long-term care guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork with care staff.
• Basic computer skills including email.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Decision-making and analytical abilities.
• Ability to relate well with residents, families, and staff.
