Wellpath seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will work under Charge Nurse supervision to deliver nursing care in alignment with competencies, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Role requires a nursing license in the state, CPR certification, and a minimum of one year clinic experience. Night 12-hour shifts and a supportive, mission-driven team are offered.

Qualifications

• RN with current licensure in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
• CPR certification must be obtainable and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs.
• Administer medications and obtain diagnostic tests as needed.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP and participate in trainings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff and physicians as required.
