Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based care improvements.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• Maintain safety culture and timely EHR documentation.
• Provide appropriate delegation and supervise unlicensed staff as needed.
• Adhere to ethics and age-specific care requirements.
