Tenet Healthcare's Abrazo West Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional bedside care and coordinate patient care planning on an assigned unit. The role includes supervising other staff as needed and contributing to safe, quality care around the clock.

The position requires an active Arizona RN license, a nursing degree, and ACLS as applicable. A sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 is available based on eligibility and location.

Qualifications

• Requires Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or obtain within six months of hire.
• Two years of Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator (if applicable).
• Arizona RN license; CPR; ACLS as applicable by facility/department.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP requirements per department/orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determine nursing diagnosis based on assessment data.
• Set realistic patient outcome goals with input from patient and family.
• Individualize plan of care based on patient needs.
• Implement orders and ensure appropriateness to patient status.
• Perform other tasks as assigned at the hospital.
